Elena and Teo are partners in their own architecture firm PorterFanna. They live since 3 years in a 500 sqft studio loft coop in Brooklyn.They are going to have a baby so with a few pen strokes and a new attitude, their ideas for space efficiency became plans for a baby room instead of an office and a playpen instead of storage.
