I do think people should learn to share more what they think, but I do believe that if it is a really good idea then they should patent it first to make sure :)
ReplyDeleteI completely believe this! But it's hard to put it in practice when peers don't think the same! I tend to make friends from other design disciplines as they don't see me as competition. This way you also learn about thing you would normally not read up on yourself. It's Win-Win ^_^
